  4. To install Messenger, copy the !Messenger application directory to the
  5. required location on your hard disk (e.g. with all your other Internet
  6. applications) and copy !Manuals to some location where it will be
  7. automatically seen by the filer each time you use your machine (e.g. in
  8. !Boot.Resources).
  9.  
  10. Please see the accompanying documentation for more information on installing
  11. and using Messenger.  This can be accessed by selecting Help from the filer
  12. application sub-menu when the !Messenger directory is selected, or by using
  13. the Help... option on Messenger's icon bar menu.

  15. Use of Zap Bitmap Fonts
  16. =======================

  18. Note that Messenger is no longer distributed with any bitmap fonts, and will
  19. no longer recognise !Messenger.Fonts as a bitmap fonts directory.  If you
  20. wish to use bitmap fonts with Messenger, then you should download and
  21. install the !ZapFonts application before using this version of Messenger.
